My watch runs fine, I just overwound it and it stopped, it should be
easy to fix right?

If your watch is running fine it shouldn't have stopped,
should it?  Technically, if you overwind a watch, it will break
the mainspring.  If you have wound your watch and it
doesn't run, the mainspring is not
unwinding (or releasing its
power).  Common problems include dirt or debris in the gear
train or moisture damage.  It may have been dropped or
mis-handled (heaven forbid!) and the balance staff is broken.
Odds are, you will need an overhaul (see next question).
